Why You Should Use Remote Service Support

    speed internet connection is just a mouse click away. (Cannot be used with dial-up)

    When you are connected to a certified technician on our Remote Servers; the session is protected by an encrypted 128-bit connection and you can watch and chat with the technician on your screen at home or
    office while the certified technician diagnoses the problem(s). 

  3. Reliable and Repetitive
    The certified technician can service your PC from his station in the shop the same as if he was sitting at
    your PC.  Most software and hardware problems can be remotely repaired.  Remote Service is and can be repetitive for most of your repairs.

  4. Cost Effective
    The normal service charge is $70.00 per hour with a maximum of $200.00. (Service Agreement)
    Using our Remote Service, the charge is a flat $25.00 or $50.00, for most services.
    As is always our policy, the technician will give you an estimate either by phone or over our chat window before beginning repairs.

  5. You Control the Access
    You initiate and control the remote service. You can terminate the connection at any time before the remote service begins (chat window will close).
